Wonderful people, wonderful dentist, wonderful treatment of myself and my tag-along kiddo. Dr. Stone is really clear and kind. Going to make this my primary dentist for sure. 10/10 would recommend this office.

Growing up thinking the only people who ever wanted to be a dentist were like Steve Martin in Little Shop of Horrors, one tends to be suspicious when trying out a new dentist. Unfortunately we found ourselves in an urgent need to have a tooth looked at for our son who had swelling and some pain back by where his wisdom teeth should be coming in soon (15yo). My wife was able to get an appointment with Dr. Wood at Mountain Lake Dental the same day thanks to them being flexible. We arrived and were greeted by friendly familiar faces we knew from around town and a very welcome enviroment. The dental tech who did our sons initial evaluation found a wisdom tooth that looked like it was going to need some attention and she passed the details along to Dr. Wood who then confirmed there was an impacted and infected area. She didn't just stop there, she reached out to a colleague of hers at Lakeside Oral Surgery (Dr. Haynie) and they agreed it would be best if he could be seen THAT DAY! Dr. Wood's sense of urgency and professionalism was beyond reproach. Her team showed the utmost in professionalism and urgency helping get our son taken care of. I can not recommend them highly enough!

Great staff- very professional and friendly. Receptionist make booking appointments easy and do a great job reminding you of upcoming appointments. Hygienist are patient making sure not to rush through cleaning and are gentle with sensitive teeth.

Best dental office and experience I’ve had! If you’re looking for a practice that truly cares, is personable, uses nice equipment, and has highly knowledgeable doctors, this is the place. The ladies at the front desk are incredible….without them, it wouldn’t be the office it is. The dentist, hygienists, and all of the back-office staff do outstanding work. They are extremely well educated, happy to explain their reasoning, and clearly stay up to date on the latest knowledge and apply it in their care. This is exactly the kind of place I've been looking for a longgg time.

Great Dental office. Modern, large, super friendly staff. Front desk always takes time to ensure you understand billing and treatment plans. They are always accommodating to scheduling appointments and getting you in quickly and also understanding of those appointments that might need to change. Dentist and assistants are all very knowledgeable and I like how they openly communicate with each-other( throughout the office, to overcome any challenges that arise. High quality dental work and I highly recommend them.

This place is both beautiful comfortable and the staff was and is amazing I had a great time and will definitely be back every one from reception to Dr. skone and hygienist and everyone seem to be happy to be there no ugh I have to work nothing but amazing great great place

Everyone is so kind, on the phone and Lori at the desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. My hygienist did a great job as well as the Dentist every single time. They also got my husband at the same time and on a Saturday. Could not be more pleased here 😆 …

These people are amazing! From the moment you walk in you’re greeted with old school politeness and super friendly service. You’re treated like a client not an insurance claim… then there is super modern and efficient backbone to the office and equipment that makes you feel confident you’re getting the best and most modern treatment available. Then there’s the dentists and hygienists who exemplify both characteristics mentioned… great bedside manner, knowledgeable and efficient! Really can’t say enough good things about these guys and I’ve been a patient for several years now. Not once have I experienced ANYTHING negative. Whoever owns/operates this place understands now’s the value of treating people right. Don’t hesitate to trust these folks.

The Staff listened carefully to all of my concerns and treated me professionally and accordingly. The Receptionist was very polite and friendly. The facility is very clean and the place runs like a well oiled ship. I saw Dr. Wood,( who I saw on a Saturday)and she was friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this facility.

Ver friendly. Everyone was gentle and professional. They created an enviroment that was calming and comfortable. I think this was the best cleaning i have ever had. I did not walk out feeling worse than when i walked in. They cared, and wanted to help me have a better smile.
